Here you can find all the information about delivery and return of your order on our website!

ZERO WASTE DELIVERY

In line with our production, and our ecological and local approach, our products are stripped of all superfluous packaging. They are sent in Kraft envelopes, made 15km from us, at Pocheco . The envelopes are 100% recyclable, so don't forget to sort them! 

If it is a gift, accompany your product with a recycled polycotton bag . They are perfect for giving! 

ORDERS ARE PREPARED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER 

Your orders are prepared and shipped with love by the team, from Monday to Friday. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been dispatched and when it has arrived. 

DELIVERY IN FRANCE AND EUROPE

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. They are calculated according to the weight of your order and its destination.

FREE DELIVERY FROM 70€ IN FRANCE

Home delivery Colissimo, without signature in 48/72 hours at home or in a relay point. 

RETURNS POSSIBLE WITHIN 30 DAYS!

You have received your order but the product or size does not fit? Don't worry, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the products concerned.

For Christmas, orders placed between November and December can be returned until 31 January.

We will cover the cost of return delivery. You can send your return request directly to contact@lavieestbelt.fr. If you are requesting an exchange, please specify the product concerned and the desired size.
