How to choose the size of your belt?
To make it easier for you, we've put together a little guide that explains how to choose the right size: here. It is also available on each product page!
You can either measure your waist directly with a tape measure or measure an old belt. If you choose the latter option, be sure to measure from the end of the buckle to the most used hole and not the entire length of the belt.
I received a belt that was larger than the size I ordered?
E.g.: you ordered a size 90 and your belt measures a total of 105cm
The size is your waist size, not the length of the belt. If you want to choose to measure another belt, you have to measure it from the end of the buckle to the hole you use the most.
My belt is too big, what can I do?
Your eyes were bigger than your stomach ;) Don't stress, it happens to everyone.
You have two options:
1) Go to your nearest cobbler and ask him to add an extra hole to your size.
2) Ask us for an exchange by following the return procedure.

Comment entretenir ma ceinture ?
Un coup de chiffon humide suffit à la dépoussiérer. Si elle a été mouillée, laisse-la sécher à l'air libre, loin d'un radiateur, et évite de la laisser longtemps en plein soleil.
Comment laver mon caleçon ou ma culotte ?
Ils sont confectionnés dans du linge de maison : lave-les comme tes draps, de préférence à basse température pour préserver les couleurs, et évite le sèche-linge.

Écris-nous à contact@lavieestbelt.fr avec une photo de ta ceinture et, si tu l'as, ton numéro de commande. On regarde avec toi la meilleure solution.

How to choose your belt model?
Sur certains modèles de ceintures, vous avez la possibilité de choisir entre pneu lisse, stries peu marquées et stries profondes. Cela correspond à l'usure du pneu et donc au rendu final de votre ceinture. Sur les fiches produits, vous trouverez des photos avec les différentes textures. Pensez à bien répondre à cette option pour recevoir la ceinture qui correspond à vos attentes.
Why is every La Vie est Belt product unique?
We receive many messages from people who would like to receive exactly the same product as the one on the product sheet. This is impossible because all our products are UNIQUE.
This is the magic of upcycling! The material we use to produce has already had a life before becoming a belt or Boxer shorts. Every tyre, every sheet we collect is different. However, we pay a lot of attention to controlling the quality of the materials we receive so that they meet our standards and requirements.
How to choose your model Boxer shorts?
For pants, we collect hundreds of sheets at Le Relais and of course they are all different: floral, patterned, red, yellow or multi-coloured. We understand that you have certain requirements as to the look of your Boxer shorts. You can tell us your taste, your passion for orange or your aversion to purple in the comment window just before the order confirmation.

Existe-t-il des modèles de ceinture pour femme ?
At La Vie est Belt we have a choice of unisex products. No need to be jealous, our belts are suitable for both men and women.
Why are some of our belts made from non-worn tyres?
Tyre producers sometimes find themselves with stocks that they cannot sell as they are (due to a defect, the discontinuation of the model, etc.). So, instead of incinerating them, they contacted us to give them a new life. That's how these tyres end up on your trousers today.
The B'Twin and Pirelli models are examples of this type of collaboration.

Where can I deposit my bicycle tyres?
First of all, here are the tyres we collect:
- Road, mountain bike, black or coloured tyres
- No studded, cracked or puncture-proof tyres.
If your tyres meet these criteria, you can drop them off at our collection points on the map here.
I am a company that has stocks of bicycle tyres.
